Welcome to our storefront!

How we got here!

We are two long time, dear friends with a deep love for game days in the south, Jesus, our sweet families and afternoons spent on the porch swing.

Our friendship began 15 years ago, in the quaint town of Natchitoches, La at Northwestern State University where we both became members of Sigma Sigma Sigma sorority. If you know, you know - the bond between big sis & lil sis is strong - and that, my friends is where God began our story.

Like we say in the South, “to make a long story short”, post college, life took us in different directions and ultimately lead us both back to our home state of Louisiana where we picked right up where we left off, the way only Southerns can do!

With the exciting news that we were both not only pregnant but also both having girls, we quickly fell right back into our sorority girls roots where the most important thing to talk about was “what are we going to wear?” - only this time, we were shopping for our daughters!

With Jeni’s experience in fashion merchandising, retail buying & international sourcing and Kaleigh’s experience in business, sales and recruiting - Little Louanne was brought to life in.

Our original business model was to serve as a preorder group; we’d design & launch a collection then ship & fulfill the orders months later. However, with supporting local being a huge theme in retail at the time, we began getting several messages a day from local retailers asking to carry our line. Flattered, albeit a little nervous, we took a leap of faith and began our wholesale journey showing our line in Dallas Markey Center; later adding Atlanta America’s Mart. You can now find our line at 100’s of children’s stores!

We love designing classic details while incorporating chic patterns, pastel colors & of course, sibling matches! We are known for our signature fabric pajamas that only get softer with every wash and our OG game day collection (Geaux Tigahs!”).

One of our favorite collections to design each year is the Rainbow Collection - which was created to honor the memory of Kaleigh’s late sister, Carley McCord, who’s tragic & untimely death inspired us to continue her legacy by serving her community. 100% of the Rainbow Collection profits are given to a child with severe heart defects; with the first recipient being none other than a very close friend of Carley’s precious son.

Little Louanne is so much more than children’s clothing! These pieces represent the sweet moments of childhood that you can never get back! We hope that your babies grow with us from the very beginning! Thank you so much for being here! Your business is so special to us and we are so grateful for the opportunity to be a part of your families memories!
