We will not accept returns due to the customized nature of monogrammed items unless an error was made by Little Louanne in the customization of your product. CANCELLATION POLICY

All orders can be cancelled up until the date the item has been shipped or an item has been customized and a full refund will be issued. Once an item has been customized or has shipped the return policy is in effect.
